Whale Watching

Get ready to observe humpback whales in their natural habitat on a private whale watching tour!
Whale watching on Iguana Island is a spectacular experience, especially between July and October, when humpback whales migrate from Antarctica to the warm waters of the Panamanian Pacific to reproduce and give birth.
Located in the Gulf of Panama, near Pedasí, Isla Iguana is a wildlife refuge with crystal-clear waters, coral reefs, and abundant marine biodiversity. Thanks to its prime location, warm waters, and lack of natural predators, this bay has become a key spot for whale watching without having to venture far from the coast.
After observing these cetaceans, you can relax on the idyllic Iguana Island, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters. In this nature reserve, you can snorkel on the largest reef in the Azuero Peninsula and observe the multitude of iguanas that inhabit the beach.
